Mission Statement
The BREAD Box Food Pantry exists to minister to the spiritual needs and to provide emergency food and clothing to those in need in Chatham County.
We seek to model the love and compassion of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ by providing short-term food and clothing assistance to those in our
community under financial hardship. We make it a priority to share the story of God’s redeeming grace with each patron and pray that God will use us
to lead them into a personal relationship with Jesus. Sharing the gospel is as much a part of our ministry as the tangible food and clothing we
provide. This mission is carried out by volunteer church members of Emmaus Baptist Church using donated food, clothing and money.
