Forms and registration fees may be mailed or dropped off at the church office 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday through Friday,
or turned in to Dawn Harris or Pastor Bill.

Registration deadline: December 5
Upward shorts & jersey are included in the registration fee.
League Schedule:
Practices begin the week of Monday, December 5, 2011
First Game: Saturday, January 7, 2012
Awards Celebration: Saturday, March 3, 2012
Evaluations
Every child must attend one basketball evaluation. Please arrive at the beginning of your time slot....thanks.
Evaluations are held in the Gym.
K4 through 1st Grade (boys & girls)
Saturday, November 12: between 8:30 AM - 9:00 AM
2nd through 4th Grade (boys & girls)
Saturday, November 12: between 9:00 AM - 9:30 AM
5th through 8th Grade (boys & girls)
Saturday, November 12: between 9:30 AM - 10:00 AM

- Establishing a one-hour practice and game each week
- Implementing a substitution system for each team, allowing every child equal playing time
- Creating the opportunity for every child to learn the skills of the game.
